Yes, all of our self-serve and automatic washes accept quarters, dollar coins, bills, and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express). Our automatic washes also accept gift cards.

What do I do if I encounter a problem at the car wash?
We have a phone number listed on our building to call if you encounter a problem. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message and someone will respond back to you as soon as possible.

What size car, truck or van will fit into the wash bays?
Our self-serve bays accommodate any vehicle shorter than 9 feet and narrower than 11 feet. The Radius’ max height is 7 feet, 6 inches; maximum length is 23 feet, 6 inches. The Soft-Gloss Maxx’s max height is 7 feet; maximum length is 21 feet. All bays will accommodate crew cab trucks and dually trucks.

How does Aqua-Tech save water versus hand-washing your vehicle at home?
Because of our effective spray patterns, high pressure water output and efficient equipment movement, washing your car at Aqua-Tech means less water usage than washing it in your driveway. Additionally, the residue washed off of your car goes through full water treatment, whereas the chemical residue running down your driveway enters the storm sewer and eventually into our streams, rivers and lakes.

Professional car washes use an average of 32 gallons of water per vehicle. If this sounds like a lot of water, consider this: Washing your car at home can use up to twice this amount. In fact, some studies show that washing your car in the driveway can use up to 10 times more water than taking your car to a professional car wash. - (Source - International Car Wash Association)

Will my antenna be harmed in the car wash process?
Most antennas that come installed on your vehicle from the factory will not be harmed by our car wash. However, retractable antennas must be retracted. All other after market antennas must be removed prior to going through the car wash.
